2450冷轧铝合金板形缺陷的展平分析与工艺优化

Analysis and optimization of aluminum strip during flattening process of 2450 cold rolling mill

  • 摘要: 展平机组在铝带材进入冷轧机前使其产生反复的拉伸弯曲变形,改善板形的同时,也改善了带材的残余应力分布,对带材的轧制过程有着重要的影响.本文以某厂的2450冷轧铝板带生产线的五辊展平机组为研究对象,运用Abaqus有限元软件对其展平过程进行仿真研究,并提出了相关的评价指标.文中对不同类型的板形缺陷带材进行了系统的仿真计算,探讨了不同的塑性变形程度对展平过程及效果的影响规律.结果表明,对于不同板形缺陷的带材,最优的展平参数与其板形有关.

     

    Abstract: The flattening machine made the aluminum strip perform repeatedly stretch bending deformation before cold rolling process. The flattening process has a vital influence on strip rolling process by improving plate shape and residual stress distribution of the strip in the same time. In this paper,the flattening process was researched by finite element method software Abaqus according to a five roll flattening machine. In order to describe behaviors and principles of the flattening process,a series of new definitions and descriptions were put forward. Based on numbers of simulation of different kinds of shape defects and systemic analysis,relations between the effect of flattening and different degrees of plastic deformation were discussed. The results show that the best flatness parameter is decided by the shape of itself.
