基于连轧机垂扭耦合振动致变形区中性角振动研究

摘要: 利用连轧机耦合振动在线监测系统获得传动轴上扭矩和轧制力信号,经回归分析发现连轧机振动时变形区中性角也存在振动现象.利用轧制理论公式推导了振动时轧制变形区中性角变化规律,建立了由连轧机振动引起的变形区中性角变化增量方程,获得振动时各参数变化对中性角振动的影响规律.研究结果表明,通过有效控制某些参数,可以提高变形区中性角的稳定性,进而抑制连轧机振动现象.Abstract: Using on-line monitoring equipment for coupled vibration of tandem mill,the signal of drive shaft torque and rolling force were obtained. Regression analysis shows that the neutral angle oscillates at the same frequency in deformation zone. The variation rule of the neutral angle was deduced by using rolling theoretical formula when coupling vibration happens. Then the increment equations for variation of neutral angle caused by rolling vibration were established,and the influencing rules of the variation of deformation zone parameters on the neutral angle were obtained. The results show that effective control of deformation zone parameters can enhance the stability of neutral angle and thus suppress rolling mill vibration.
