摘要: 通过定量金相的方法研究了连续冷却过程中低碳钢的相变组织,在分析研究相变影响组织因素的基础上,构造了低碳钢的相变动力学模型X=1-exp(-0.642t0.086),以及相变后的铁素体晶粒尺寸模型Dα=5.7×Dγ0.46×Cr-0.26。Abstract: The microstructures of phase transformation by using quntitative metallogra phy was studied. On the basis of analyzing the effects on the microstructures of phase transformation the model of transformation kinetics X=1-exp(-0.642t0.086), and the model of ferrite grain size Dα=5.7×Dγ0.46×Cr-0.26 are constructed and obtained.
